FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

-Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings. 继续了解

-Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.

-Actively promote positive safety culture.

· Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9001 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

-Compliance to work instructions.

-Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.

-Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.

· Call on management representatives, such as engineers, or other professional and technical personnel in attempt to convince prospective client of desirability and practicability of products or services offered.

· Review blueprints, plans, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from client’s use of proposed equipment or services

· Draw up or proposes changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations.

· Make QC2 quotation with manufacture plant in system and prepare technical parts in tenders relative.

· Support all aspects of project preparation and proposals.

· Responsible for ensuring Weatherford best practices are adhered to in all proposals and programs.

· Keep constant communications with customers, during and after jobs, updating them with our results.

· Assume a Field Engineer and/or other field related role when requested by management, including but not limited field operation.

· Has an active role in assisting Sales/Business development group with client meetings, presentations and tender preparation.

· Provide technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

· May provide technical training to employees and/or clients.

· Lead or direct lower level personnel.

· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE

· Mechanical or petroleum engineering major is a must;

· Good English & interpersonal skills;

· Broad knowledge of oil and gas industry and market;

· Master degree is preferable.
