柳广弟 ，男，天津市蓟县人，1961年生。博士，教授，博士生导师。
1982年毕业于华东石油win德赢官网玩法说明石油地质与勘探专业，获学士学位；1991年获石油大学煤田、油气地质与勘探专业博士学位。
1982年起在原华东石油win德赢官网玩法说明任教， 1991年起在win德赢官网玩法说明（北京）任教。 对照阅读 1997年晋升为教授。1998-1999年在英国阿伯丁大学和英国地质调查局从事合作研究。1992年晋升为副教授， 2005年11月至-2011年6月任资源与信息win德赢官网玩法说明（地球科学win德赢官网玩法说明）副院长。2011年7月至 2016年1 月年任地球科学win德赢官网玩法说明院长。兼任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员，《中国地质win德赢官网玩法说明》副主编，《石油勘探与开发》、《天然气地球科学》、《Petroleum Science》编委，中国石油学会石油地质专业委员会委员，全国油气资源评价技术专家组成员。
主要从事油气成藏机理、油气资源评价等领域的研究和教学工作。曾讲授本科生“石油地质学”、“石油数学地质 ”、研究生“油气资源评价”、“天然气地质学”、“高等石油地质学”、“盆地模拟及应用”、“现代油气成藏理论 ” 、“沉积盆地地质学 ”等课程。曾担任win德赢官网玩法说明重大基础研究发展规划（973计划）项目课题负责人，曾参加“七五”、“八五” 、“九五”天然气win德赢官网玩法说明重点科技攻关项目以及企业委托的科研项目。发表论文150余篇，主编普通高等win德赢官网玩法说明“十二五”win德赢官网玩法说明级规划教材《石油地质学》（石油工业出版社，2009）。一般来说win德赢官网玩法说明精品课程和win德赢官网玩法说明精品资源共享课“石油地质学”负责人和主讲教师。获win德赢官网玩法说明科技进步二等奖2项（第四完成人、第五完成人），win德赢官网玩法说明级教学成果二等奖 1项（第一完成人），省部级科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖2项。2009年获北京市高等win德赢官网玩法说明教学名师奖。
